Get Your Custom Cake

When you pick up your order and receive a delivery, please look at the order and make sure it is what you ordered. If someone else is picking up for you, let them know what they are picking up, so they can do the final inspection.

While 99.9% of the time we get our cakes right the first time, however, every now and then we have a human error. We want you to review your cakes, so you can confirm that we got them right or if we did make a mistake, we can fix it while you are still at the shop.

Once you leave with your cake or order, that means that it has been given to you in full and correctly.

If you serve the cake/baked good/bread and feel there is a problem with the baking, DO NOT throw it away. Please return it to us, so we can see what is wrong and if there is something wrong we will replace it OR refund your credit card and will work with you to determine the acceptable solution.
